Lilly Lights ("we", "us") is a studio operated as part of Walljar.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our storefront or place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
- Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the items you purchase.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). We never store full card numbers.
- Artwork uploads: images and Walljar URLs you submit for textile prints, used solely to produce your order.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- Marketing preferences: if you subscribe to The Letter, we store your email through Klaviyo until you unsubscribe.
2. How we use your data
We process your data to fulfil orders, provide customer care, improve the storefront, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send editorial updates about new collections.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the processors that make the store function: Shopify (commerce), our print and framing partners, shipping carriers, payment providers, Klaviyo (email), and Google Analytics. Each is bound by their own data processing terms.
4. Cookies
We use functional cookies to keep your cart, and analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.
5. Retention
Order records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
