These terms govern every purchase made through lillylights.com. Lilly Lights is a studio operated as part of Walljar.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. An order becomes binding once we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
2. Payment
We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers and is required before we begin production.
3. Made-to-order and custom items
Frames, textile prints, and custom sizes are produced to order based on the specifications you provide (dimensions, artwork, cable position, dimming, colour). Because these items are personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
4. Delivery
Production typically takes 7–14 working days for standard sizes and up to 4 weeks for custom orders. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Risk transfers to you on delivery.
5. Returns and defects
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days in original condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
6. Warranty
Aluminium frames and LED modules are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, humidity, and exposure to direct water.
7. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or are licensed to reproduce any artwork you upload or link from Walljar.com. You retain ownership of your artwork; we use it solely to produce your order. All Lilly Lights branding, product designs, and site content remain our property.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for installation carried out by you or third parties.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
